sick.

Yes I am on MC today.

From yesterday morning I was down with sore throat, the other symptoms came this morning.

This morning i woke up feeling woozy, with runny/blocked nose, and the sore throat.

Was in and out of sleep since 730am, finally got up officially at 1145.

Went to see the doctor at 1230, waited for like 20 mins.

Asked the doctor to give me antibiotics, but it was a viral infection, fair enough.

But the thing is, my mum DOESN'T understand that antibiotics doesnt work against viral infections. the antibiotics taken would just go to waste or even cause harm to my cells. honestly i am perfectly okay with not taking the antibiotics cos I dont want my body to get immune to antibiotics in the case i really do need to take antibiotics in the future. I got so embarrassed at the clinic. And my mum told me not to go there anymore when I'm sick. REALLY MUM? = =

End up I got scolded for not being pushy enough. Tried explaining to her the reason but she wouldnt listen. It's like that time my mum was watching this show and showing like people drinking shots and all, and my mum said that was how AIDS was transmitted. Obviously my mum doesn't have much knowledge as my sister and I on science and we clearly were educated in school about how AIDS was transmitted, which is my sexual intercourse or by infected blood. My sister, knowing her stuff tried to tell her and got scolded for being "Showoff". Well. It's facts mum.

Anyway, had lunch that was bought by my dad, porridge or rice congee as some of you might know it as, with century egg. Took my meds and had almost finished the porridge (I normally only finish half.) Then sat down with my mum to practice her mock interview, she's really nervous about this. And it keeps getting postponed. Like seriously. I just got text from her that it's postponed again to tomorrow morning.

Napped like on and off, practically lazing around on the bed and dozing off, waking up when someone emails/whatsapp me.

Gonna try blogging more often, it's rare that I do nowadays.

Start of June was bad; June 3rd,4th and 5th.

Had really bad days, 3rd June was me being affected by someone.

4th June

That time of the month came, it was absent for a month. And I had a massive headache that was brought over the night before. And the morning journey to work, really bad. Circle line was down and a few trains passed by buona vista that was completely empty, resulting in the whole buona vista mrt station at circle line to be packed like sardines, and I was one of them. Result? When they finally let people board, it was SOOO crowded. Couldnt board the first train, and I was already late for work.

5th June

Cramps. Sucking the life out of me, jk. I spilled half of the prepared anaestheisa = = totally wrecked my almost perfect day. Met my dear friend Ain for dinner which made my day a whole lot better :) SO FULL.
We had our own set of meal plus satay in which we only ordered 5 sticks each and the aunty gave us 5 sticks extra each! T.T then we had the awesome milk ice mango~ Was a really nice HTHT session :)

6th June

Much much better day.  Nothing in particular exciting happened, just did normal work.

7th June

ITS FRIDAY. i seriously only look forward to fridays. And my boyfriend (Moses) was out after he booked out from 9pm onwards with his air force friends at this thai pub to celebrate a friend's birthday.

8th June

Met the boyfriend at about 1230ish? Had lunch at Nando's, first try for both of us, not bad! I tried the mild spicyness chicken. But i must say it's like overpriced abit? Not worth that kind of money honestly.

Made like a 5 minute walk through bugis street and we decided to go far east plaza instead to look for clothes (which we both regretted in the end), before we left we went to get my mum's tapioca chips from her specific stall, and I bought too much ehehh. I bought 1 kg worth. LOL. oops.

Left for far east plaza, lazy boy forced us to rebound cos he wanted to sit down so we took mrt to City hall and rebound to marina bay mrt to orchard. lazy right = = Then we walked around the whole of far east plaza and guess what. We both found NOTHING. Didnt buy a SINGLE thing. That's why we regretted not staying and look at bugis street. I think for me I need to buy clothes online but I dont have the time!!!! T.T
Maybe do it later hahah.

Bought back pizza flavoured eggy pancake thinggy for my sis, reached home, boyfriend took an hour and a half nap on my bed while i surfed the net.

At about 645pm we left my house to go to central for dinner at BBQ chicken.

After dinner we went to starbucks to chill and was playing "Fun Run" together for time to pass cos I made reservations at Crazy Elephant at 9pm for him and his friends to celebrate his belated birthday.

845pm we made our way to clarke quay, and boy, it looks so different during night life. Took us awhile to find the place and... they forgot about MY reservations = = so waited for awhile till we got a table of 5 seats, then gab, wz and tiff came and I started to get anxious cos like not enough seats for all of us, so i asked the lady who works there how and they finally got us a huge table.

Wz and gab ordered drinks for Moses, ordered a pint of beer and long island for him, I ordered sex on the beach, gab ordered white wine for himself (LOL), wz ordered a beer and fish and chips, tiff had a fish and chips cos she hadn't had dinner. Drinks after drinks they ordered for moses, aiming to get him drunk. But moses can hold his liquor well so that's good in way. Gab poured his white wine into moses beer LOL. and for a moment I thought tiff was gonna pour the white wine into my drink too >.< In the end she just wanted to clink glasses with me lol. oops. then Melvin and Emma came, Melvin also wanted to get moses drunk, ordered a Flaming Lambo for him! O.O and titus came and ordered ak-47 for moses too. One more and moses would be gone.

Melvin wanted to order graveyard for moses but thank God we had to leave cos we wanted to catch "Now you see me" at the cathay. We ended up at Cinneleisure and there wasn't any time slot that I could make it for Now you See me which only had 130 am, we wanted to watch the 2350 one at cathay. Ended up watching "dead man down" which was horrible. People were snoring, inconsiderate people didnt silent their phone, I had no idea what was going on in the damn movie and tiff was like "do you understand the movie" "nope."

Got fetched home by titus, reached home at 2.55am (RECORD) bathed and went to sleep at 330am.

9th June

Church, i had to wake up at 630 am so only 3 hours of sleep. Almost was a walking zombie and the worse thing was? IT WAS RAINING HEAVILY AT MY PLACE!!!!! But I still went ahead to go church. Breakfast and I already started to get a sore throat. 

Lunch at Alibabar, and then dessert at Blackball yum yum. was ranting to annabel about how sucky my week was, thanks girl, for listening!

Then went off to the IT fair at EXPO, with moses hoping to get his 3DS. Slept all the way to EXPO, and to our disappointment, they didnt sell it, at all. Was leaving and saw Weisheng :) Then went home.

Dad cooked curry chicken, killing my throat.

Moses bought his 3DS eventually at tampines. silly boy.
